We all know exercise is very important but it is so difficult to keep going during lockdown when we don’t have the weekly motivation of an actual exercise class.The internet is awash with videos, targetted at all ages and abilities, so it can be hard to know where to start finding an appropriate one.
I have found a great set called 10Today. So far there are 10 of them; each one starts with the same 2 minute health and safety introduction, there are then 10 simple exercises each one being repeated for 1 minute. I don’t think there are 100 exercises altogether(!); rather there is a mix-and-match across all the videos. I find 10 minutes is just a nice amount of time to follow an online exercise video. The exercises are demonstrated standing and sitting.
