The Parkinson’s UK helpline is a free and confidential service providing support to anyone affected by Parkinson’s.

It is open from 9am to 7pm Mondays to Fridays and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays.(Please note : the hours may be slightly reduced during the present pandemic, to allow for staff shortages)

The best way of contacting a PLA is through the Parkinson’s UK helpline. The helpline may be able to resolve your query directly or will let the PLA know you need more detailed local support.

There is also a Parkinson’s Nurse Specialist working in the Frimley Health Trust. Her role is to ensure that your Parkinson’s needs are understood when you are in hospital. Her name is Evphi Kalkentera
